Last updated: December 22, 2025
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of WeCrew Highland Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
WeCrew Highland Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, and masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate. If site conditions differ from what was described or discovered during the estimate, the quote may be adjusted accordingly. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. You are responsible for payment regardless of insurance or third-party reimbursement.
Project Changes
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved before implementation. Changes may affect the project timeline and cost. Additional work outside the original agreement will be billed separately at our standard rates.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a one-year workmanship warranty on all concrete installations. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover damage caused by ground movement, improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, marking underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), and providing accurate property information. You must also ensure pets are secured during our work and notify us of any site hazards or concerns.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Once work has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials purchased and labor invested.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance, and any claims should be made in accordance with our insurance policy limits.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law.
